Brow Loungeby Dasha
Dasha at work in the Brow Lounge studio
Sacramento · By Appointment

Effortless brows,
quietly refined.

Permanent makeup artistry by Dasha — microblading, combo brows, ombre powder, lip blush, and eyeliner. Crafted to look like you, only a little more rested.

The Studio

A small, deliberate practice in midtown Sacramento.

Brow Lounge is one studio, one artist, one chair. Dasha has been mapping permanent makeup for over a decade — California-licensed and stubbornly committed to the idea that a brow should look like the person wearing it, not the trend they walked in with.

The room is quiet. Appointments are long on purpose. No rushing, no upsells, no pressure. What you leave with is the version of your brows you'd have drawn for yourself — if you had the patience, the pigment, and the steady hand.

Services

Five techniques.
One aesthetic.

Every technique here is chosen for the skin, lifestyle, and face it's meant for. No one walks out with the trend of the year — they walk out with what suits them for the next two.

01Microblading

Hair-stroke definition, drawn by hand.

Two sessions · 2.5–3 hrs each. Starting at $500. Includes consultation, mapping, and a full aftercare kit.

02Combo Brows

Hair strokes paired with soft shading.

Two sessions · 2.5–3 hrs each. Starting at $500. Includes consultation, mapping, and a full aftercare kit.

03Ombre Powder Brows

Soft, powdered density that reads like filled brows.

Two sessions · 2.5–3 hrs each. Starting at $500. Includes consultation, mapping, and a full aftercare kit.

Before · After

The difference a steady hand makes.

A drag of the handle tells the story better than we can. This is a real client, eight weeks out, no filter, no makeup. Combo brows mapped to the natural arch, shaded through the tail.

Why This Studio

Small things, done carefully.

A Decade of Mapping

Natural features, always the blueprint.

Dasha is a California-licensed PMU pro — damn good at what she does — with ten-plus years of shaping brows, lips, and liner to line up with the features already there. Annual continuing-ed keeps the work current without chasing trends.

Single-Use

Every tool, every time.

Sterile, single-use needles and cartridges. Medical-grade disinfection between every appointment.

Premium Pigments

True-to-tone fade.

We use only hypoallergenic, cosmetic-grade pigments engineered to fade evenly — never into orange, gray, or blue.

One Artist

You see Dasha, every time.

No assistants, no hand-offs. The same artist who maps your shape is the artist who places every stroke.

Long Appointments

Two to two-and-a-half hours.

Nothing is rushed. Consultation, mapping, numbing, procedure — and time to see your face in the right light before you approve.

Aftercare, Answered

A direct line through healing.

You leave with a printed timeline, an ointment, and a text line. Anything unusual, you message us — day or night.

Studio in Motion

Mapping, strokes, healing.
Up close.

Quiet moments from the chair — the calipers, the drawn shape, the first pass of pigment, the last touch of ointment.

The Appointment

Six steps,
from first email to final look.

The best outcomes come from appointments that don't hurry. Here's exactly what happens, and in what order.

  1. Step 01

A long conversation before a single stroke.

Every appointment opens with 30 to 45 minutes of questions — about how you already wear your brows, what you'd undo, your skin type, your lifestyle, your allergies. Nothing is technical until we agree on the look.

  2. Step 02

    Mapping, measured to your face.

We use calipers, a thread, and a lot of patience. The shape is drawn onto your skin in a removable pencil — we adjust it together until it feels like you, only a little more rested.

  3. Step 03

    Numbing, then the first pass.

A topical lidocaine compound is worked into the skin for twenty minutes. The first pass outlines the architecture — hair strokes for microblading, a soft powder base for ombre, or a combination for combo brows.

  4. Step 04

Layering the color you'll live with.

Pigment is built in multiple passes so the final tone reads natural under every kind of light. A secondary numbing layer keeps you comfortable throughout.

  5. Step 05

    Aftercare kit, photographed, explained.

You leave with printed instructions, an ointment, gentle cleanser, and a timeline of what to expect each day of healing. A direct text line stays open for questions.

  6. Step 06

Your perfecting session, six to eight weeks later.

Pigment settles unevenly in small ways as the skin heals. We refine shape, even color, and adjust density at your follow-up — the session that takes your brows from 90 to 100.
